We, TRAVEL TO MONTENEGRO TTM DOO, a company registered in Montenegro under registration number 02822032 and with registered address at Kralja Nikole 122, Podgorica, operate as a provider of ground transport services in Montenegro, a licensed limousine service, and an agent.
For all reservations we receive and offer on your behalf within the region and EU countries, your transportation contract is concluded directly with the supplier, i.e., our partner in these arrangements (supplier/principal).
If you have any special requests, please notify us at the time of booking. We will forward them to the supplier, but we cannot guarantee their fulfillment, nor are we liable if such requests are not met.
By making a reservation with us, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The person making the booking declares that they accept these terms on behalf of all passengers and consents to the use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This person also assumes financial responsibility for the reservation.
The contract for transportation is concluded directly with the supplier listed on your electronic voucher. We act solely as an agent and are not liable for the actions or omissions of the supplier or the services they provide. Your reservation is subject to both these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of the supplier.
The reservation is only confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation. If the reservation is submitted last minute, we reserve the right to decline it.
We do not accept liability for the contracts you enter into with suppliers or the services they provide.
Please check all details before confirming your booking. Incorrect information may result in additional charges. The information you provide is shared only with the relevant supplier and may be shared with authorities as required by law.
Reservations can be paid in full in advance or with a 20% deposit (if allowed by the supplier). In some cases, payment can be made directly to the driver, but you must ensure you have the exact amount in local currency.
If you choose to pay the driver, valid payment card information must still be provided at the time of booking. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to charge your card.
If full payment is not received on time, the supplier may cancel your reservation.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices may be corrected in case of errors or changes in the offer.
If you have special requests, please contact us in advance. While we will forward such requests to the supplier, we do not guarantee fulfillment. Child seats will be provided when possible, but we do not guarantee that they will always be suitable for your child.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing via the website. In case of no-show or late notice, no refund will be issued.
If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance and have already paid, your payment will be refunded minus a 4% banking fee.
If the supplier makes a significant change, we will notify you in a timely manner and offer an alternative. We bear no further liability in such cases.
Our responsibility is limited to correctly processing the reservation. If any liability is found on our part, it will be limited to twice the amount of our earned commission.
Complaints about the supplier's service must be submitted via the website: www.taxi-travel.me
The deadline for complaints is 30 days from the service date. Any issues during travel must be reported immediately to the supplier. Failure to do so may limit or void your right to compensation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Montenegro, and any disputes will be exclusively settled by Montenegrin courts.
Vehicle descriptions are provided by the supplier as guidelines. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of photos. We ensure that our partners comply with agreements and standards to maintain service quality.
Travel times are estimates only. Traffic, road works, and weather may affect travel times. We recommend allowing extra time, especially when traveling to the airport.
All personal data is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption. Our payment system (AllSecure doo, Belgrade) is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store card numbers.
All personal and payment data is transmitted via SSL protocol with 128-bit encryption and tokenization. Payments can be made by Visa, Maestro, or MasterCard via the AllSecure Payment Gateway.
Payment is reserved on your card and only charged once the service is ready. If payment is not completed within 14 days, the order is canceled.
Refunds are only issued to the same card used for the original payment and only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
