We, REIS NAAR MONTENEGRO TTM DOO, a company registered in Montenegro under registration number 02822032 and with registered address at Kralja Nikole 122, Podgorica, opereren als aanbieder van grondtransportdiensten in Montenegro, een erkende limousineservice en een agent.
For all reservations we receive and offer on your behalf within the region and EU countries, your transportation contract is concluded directly with the supplier, oftewel onze partner in deze arrangementen (leverancier/opdrachtgever).
If you have any special requests, please notify us at the time of booking. We will forward them to the supplier, but we kan de vervulling ervan niet garanderen, noch zijn wij aansprakelijk als niet aan dergelijke verzoeken wordt voldaan.
By making a reservation with us, you accepteer deze Algemene Voorwaarden. De persoon die de boeking maakt, verklaart deze voorwaarden namens alle passagiers te accepteren en in te stemmen met het gebruik van persoonlijke gegevens in overeenstemming met ons privacybeleid. The contract for transportation is concluded rechtstreeks met de leverancier listed on your electronic voucher. We act solely as an agent and are niet aansprakelijk for the actions or omissions of the supplier or the services they provide. Your reservation is subject to both these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of the supplier.
The reservation is only confirmed when you ontvang een boekingsbevestiging. If the reservation is submitted last minute, we reserve the right to weiger het.

Reservations can be paid vooraf volledig or with a 20% aanbetaling (if allowed by the supplier). In some cases, payment can be made direct aan de chauffeur, maar u moet ervoor zorgen dat u het exacte bedrag in de lokale valuta heeft.
If you choose to pay the driver, valid betaalkaartgegevens must still be provided at the time of booking. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to charge your card.
If full payment is not received on time, the supplier may annuleer uw reservering.
We reserve the right to prijzen wijzigen at any time. Prices may be corrected in case of errors or changes in the offer.
If you have special requests, please contact us in advance. While we will forward such requests to the supplier, wij garanderen geen vervulling. Indien mogelijk worden kinderzitjes voorzien, maar wij kunnen niet garanderen dat deze altijd geschikt zijn voor uw kind.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 uur eerder the scheduled pick-up time. All changes or cancellations must be submitted in schrijven via de website. In case of no-show or late notice, geen restitutie will be issued.
If you notify us at least 24 uur van tevoren and have already paid, your payment will be refunded minus 4% bankkosten.
If the supplier makes a significant change, we will notify you in a timely manner and offer an alternatief. We bear geen verdere aansprakelijkheid in such cases.
Our responsibility is limited to correctly het verwerken van de reservering. If any liability is found on our part, it will be limited to tweemaal het bedrag van onze verdiende commissie.
Complaints about the supplier's service must be submitted via the website: www.taxi-travel.me
The deadline for complaints is 30 days from the service date. Any issues during travel must be onmiddellijk gemeld to the supplier. Failure to do so may beperken of ongeldig maken your right to compensation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the wetten van Montenegro, and any disputes will be exclusively settled by Montenegrijnse rechtbanken.
Vehicle descriptions are provided by the supplier as richtlijnen. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of photos. We ensure that our partners comply with agreements and standards to maintain kwaliteit van dienstverlening.
Travel times are alleen schattingen. Traffic, road works, and weather may affect travel times. We recommend allowing extra tijd, vooral als u naar de luchthaven reist.
All personal data is protected with 128-bit SSL-codering. Our payment system (AllSecure doo, Belgrade) is PCI DSS niveau 1 gecertificeerd. Wij slaan geen kaartnummers op.
All personal and payment data is transmitted via SSL protocol with 128-bit encryption and tokenization. Payments can be made by Visa, Maestro of MasterCard via the AllSecure Payment Gateway.
Payment is reserved on your card and only charged once the service is ready. If payment is not completed within 14 days, de bestelling is geannuleerd.
Refunds are only issued to the dezelfde kaart used for the original payment and only if cancellation is made at least 24 uur van tevoren.
