For all reservations we receive and offer on your behalf within the region and EU countries, your transportation contract is concluded directly with the supplier, ovvero il nostro partner in questi accordi (fornitore/committente).

We act solely as an agent and are non responsabile for the actions or omissions of the supplier or the services they provide. Your reservation is subject to both these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of the supplier.
