Do I have to schedule a taxi transfer in advance?
We recommend making your reservation in advance — once confirmed, your vehicle is guaranteed. Last-minute bookings can be uncertain as we cannot guarantee vehicle availability in the short term.
How to book a vehicle on the site?
Fill in the booking form on our website, select your vehicle, destination, and other requested details, then choose the one-way or return option. If your destination is not in our database, we will send you a price quote shortly.
Can I also schedule a return transfer?
Yes, of course. Use the "return transfer" option and fill in your return information — destination, date and time.
How will I know my reservation is confirmed?
After completing the reservation, you will receive an email confirmation. A reservation is only confirmed after the confirmation email is sent. If you have not received it within 1–2 hours, check your spam folder or contact us by phone.
How do I book if I don't have a street address?
If you are in an unknown location, send us a screenshot of your GPS location. We will forward it to the driver so they can reach you. Driver contact details are sent in advance.
What types of vehicles can I book?

Is it better to book a private transfer or a regular taxi?
TTM offers private fixed-price transfers, so you know the cost in advance. Prices remain unchanged regardless of road conditions or traffic. It is a reliable, safe and pre-arranged way to travel.
Is smoking allowed in vehicles?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles during transfers and excursions.
Can I travel with a pet?
Yes, if your pet is in a suitable transport box or carrier designed for transport.
How will I find my driver?
Your driver will be waiting at your pickup address. For airport transfers, the driver will be at the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Driver details are sent to you in advance.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver will wait regardless of any delay. We use a flight tracking system (Flight Radar) to monitor the exact arrival time of your aircraft.
Is there an extra charge if my flight is delayed?
No. There is no extra charge for flight delays. Your driver will wait for you according to the updated landing schedule.
Is luggage charged extra?
No. Luggage is free of charge. Your driver will help you load and unload your luggage.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. When filling in the booking form, please indicate the child's age and weight so we can provide the correct seat. Child seats are not required for children over 10 years of age.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The transfer price is always per vehicle, not per person — regardless of which vehicle category you select.
How can I pay for my transfer?
Clients can choose from several options: full payment in advance, a 20% deposit, payment by credit card (partial or full), or cash payment directly to the driver after the service.
Is it safe to pay with a credit card online?
Yes. All data is transmitted via SSL encryption (128-bit). Our payment processor (AllSecure) is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store card numbers. In the event of fraud, most banks cover any misuse costs. We strictly respect your privacy and do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. If you paid by credit card, we can email you an invoice. Drivers can also issue a stamped and signed receipt after the transfer.
Can I book a day trip or excursion?
Yes. In addition to taxi transfers, we offer day trips and excursions for individual travellers and groups throughout the region. Excursions can be arranged with a driver only or with a licensed professional tour guide.
Are passengers insured during the transfer?
Yes. All vehicles carry mandatory travel health insurance for passenger transport by road, as required by law.
